Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.
About Our Returns Policies
Hi-Fox.com Returns Policy
Items shipped from Hi-Fox.com, including Hi-Fox Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Mistaken Returns
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
Hi-Fox does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Hi-fox, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Hi-fox cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Hi-fox.
Hi-fox Global Store Return Policy
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillmentcenter, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
For most Hi-fox Global Store returns, you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label which allows you to return the item(s) to any UPS drop-off point located across the US.
Not all Global Store items are eligible for a pre-paid return. In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.
Exchanges and Replacements
A small number of eligible items can be exchanged or replaced through Your Orders if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria, including stock availability.
Note: Items fulfilled by Hi-Fox.com but sold by another seller can’t be replaced, but can be returned.
You can exchange an item through Your Orders if your return item wasn’t purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions), the return item isn’t subject to a restocking fee, the return item was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.
Note: We can’t process exchanges for gift returns and exchange items cannot be sent as gifts.
Exchanges for an Item in Your Cart
The exchange item must meet the following criteria:
- It’s added in a quantity of one to the cart.
- It’s shipped and sold by Hi-Fox.
- It’s not an Add-on Item.
- It’s not identical to the item being returned.
- It’s not marked as a gift in your cart.
